The
Boardshack (MB Boats of AZ) and O'Brien are teaming up to host the 3rd
event of the Arizona Wakeboard Association's Rider's Series on June 2, 2007!
O'Brien ensures that the top 3 finishers will go home with some great gear
including backpacks, t-shirts and hats. Just in case you need new gear
before the event, The Boardshack is having a HUGE PRO SHOP SALE from May 28th
to May 31st.
As if hosting the event and having the sale aren't enough, the Boardshack
will once again add to the excitement by hosting it's traditional belly flop
contest.
The Boardshack will be providing two
incredible boats to launch AWA riders skyward. The MB Sports F23 Tomcat will be making its
AWA debute. The Tomcat is a whooping 23 1/2 feet long and sports a 102 inch
beam with seating for 12. With 2,400 pounds of ballast, the wake is sure
to be impressive.

The MB Sports B52 V23, an AWA rider favorite, will also be on hand to
propel AWA riders to new heights. The B52 V23 also has plenty of room for
friends. It's slightly smaller 23 foot length and 96 inch width allows for
seating for 12. 2,000 pounds of ballast ensure a great wake for every
rider's ability.

Registration and practice begin at 7:00 AM and end at 9:00 AM. Late
registration will not be permitted for any divisions. Since
pre-registration is available online at
http://www.theawa.com/registration.php, onsite registration will not be
permitted after 9:00 AM. Pre-register online ends 24 hours before the
start of the event, so do it now so you don't forget! If you must have a practice run, please show
up early, since spots are limited and riders are pulled on a first come
first serve basis. The competitive action will start no later than 9:30
AM. Don’t forget the sunscreen, the cooler, and some money for our famous
