Marine and Liquid Force are teaming up to host the 4th
event of the Arizona Wakeboard Association's Rider's Series on June 30, 2007!
This event is not one that you want to miss. For the first time
(thanks to Century Marine), the AWA will be holding an event at Spring
Mountain Ski Ranch. This private lake with it's 10 foot depth is sure
to provide every rider an epic ride irregardless of when they ride.
Liquid Force is contributing awesome prizes giving every rider something to
compete for.
Century Marine will be providing two
incredible boats to launch AWA riders skyward, the Nautique 236 and the 210.
The
Nautique 236 will be returning for the second time this season.
Everybody who attended the surf contest knows that this boat throws an
incredible surf wake and now it is time to see its awesome wakeboarding
wake. Including the transom, the 236 comes in at a little over 25' and
has a 100.9" beam. Which provides enough room for you and 13 of your
friends. That's right seating for 14! For those riders who don't
need room for a small army, the Super Air 210 will also be serving up some
killer wakes. New for 2007, the
Nautique 210's
modified hull throws an aggressive wake with minimal trough for radical air.
The 210 is a little over 23' in length (inc. transom), has a 98" beam and
provides enough room for 10 riders.
Registration and practice begin at 7:00 AM and end at 9:00 AM. Late
registration will not be permitted for any divisions. Since
pre-registration is available online at
http://www.theawa.com/registration.php, onsite registration will not be
permitted after 9:00 AM. Pre-register online ends 24 hours before the
start of the event, so do it now so you don't forget! If you must have a practice run, please show
up early, since spots are limited and riders are pulled on a first come
first serve basis. The competitive action will start no later than 9:30
AM. Don’t forget the sunscreen and the cooler with food and lots
of water it's going to be a hot one. More information can be found at
