Century Marine and Slingshot teamed up to host the 4th
event of the Arizona Wakeboard Association's Rider's Series on June 21,
2008. Thanks to Century Marine, Spring Mountain Ski Ranch provided a
perfect location for the day with everybody getting killer water regardless
of the time they rode. Slingshot helped us by donating a full set up
to raffle off at the event. AWA newcomer Tyler Nichols went home with
a 2007 Recoil and a new set of bindings. Our Slingshot rep, Justin
Meyer, was present to give AWA member the low down on this exciting new
company and help Tyler get his new set up dialed in. When Justin
wasn't spreading the stoke about Slingshot, he could be found in the boat
helping to judge or riding in the Advanced division.
Century Marine provided two
incredible boats to launch AWA riders skyward, the Nautique 220 and the 210.
