There are two certainties regarding wakeboarding in Arizona; the temperature will hit 100 degrees by the time the second AWA event rolls around, and Paradise Watersports of AZ will host an incredible event.  This year was no exception. 

Malibu Mayhem was off the hook!  A Lake Pleasant all time high, sixty-five riders, showed spectators their moves behind two award winning tow boats the Malibu Wakesetter VLX and LSV.  Not only did each of the top three finishers take home great prizes (1^st Rope or Handle from Paradise, 2^nd Jet Pilot Back Pack, and 3^rd Jet Pilot T-Shirt) but each rider also took home a Malibu Mayhem T-Shirt.  All this and KILLER WAKES!  What else could AWA riders want?  How about the opportunity to go home with an extra $200 in their pocket?  Ben Losch did exactly that by landing a huge 540 off the double up, making him the 2007 “King of the Double Up”.   Check out more pictures from this great event by clicking here.
