Welcome to the signup page for the AWA. It's really easy. Just download and print out the four forms below, fill them out and return them to the AWA booth! Remember, signup for a year and get a discount.

There are four forms that need to be completed. These are in Adobe (.pdf) so you will need Adobe Reader to view and print. If you don't have Adobe Reader then go get it!! (its free):

• AWA New Membership Form
• WWA Membership Form
• WWA Liability Waiver (must be signed by parent or legal guardian if under 18)
• AWA Rider Profile

A brief description of each form is available below.

AWA New Membership Form
This form must be filled out once by each member/family for each year. AWA membership is optional; however the form must be completed. This form can be printed and turned in at the registration booth during registration hours. This form will also be available to fill out at each AWA sponsored event.

WWA Membership Form
This form must be filled out by each individual. Each participant is required to purchase WWA insurance to participate in AWA sponsored events. There are three membership options; single event, full year, or deluxe full year. If an individual has already purchased WWA Full Year Membership, please indicate the date and event that the membership was purchased. This form is only filled out once per season, unless the participant chooses to purchase a single event membership in which case it must be filled out for every single event purchased. This form can be printed and turned in at the registration booth during registration hours. This form will also be available to fill out at each AWA sponsored event. We ask that this form not be mailed into the WWA because we can better track who has purchased WWA membership if we collect the forms and submit them to the WWA.

WWA Liability Waiver
This form must be signed by each participant. Participants under the age of 18 must have this form signed by his/her parent or legal guardian. Participants under the age of 18 who do not have this formed signed by his/her parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to ride at the event. This form can be printed and turned in at the registration booth during registration hours. This form will also be available to fill out at each AWA sponsored event.

AWA Rider Profile
This form enables the announcer to better talk about you during your run. This is not a required form; however we encourage each rider to complete it. This form can be printed and turned in at the registration booth during registration hours. This form will also be available to fill out at each AWA sponsored event.
